The use of golf courses in Sun City Center has been declining for years. Sun City Center residents are worried about the fate of their golf courses, whose health, they say, will affect their future property values. (WCI, the course owners and operators, are in bankruptcy.) The community association put together its own internal committe to study ways to increase use, from everything to offering memberships to people outside the community to attracting conventioneers from Tampa. Their study comes out soon.
