Mexican police inspect burned cars after clashes between criminals and federal agents in Veracruz, Mexico July 13, 2009. According to the police, gunmen traveling in a white car opened fire on the federal agents in downtown Veracruz. Police reported that two gunmen were killed, one arrested and three police wounded.
