Mar 26, 2009 - Srinagar, Kashmir, India - Security has been increased in Srinagar, the summer capital of Indian Kashmir, following a threat by banned militant organization 'Lashkar-e-Taiba' to increase attacks on the Indian Army after a gunfight in which 17 militants and 8 army personnel were killed at Kupwara 80 km away from Srinagar.
