May 13, 2009 - Zhengzhou, Henan, China - Workers build the Zhengzhou-Xi'an Railway Passenger Dedicated Line, which is the first high-speed passenger line in China's western region in Zhengzhou of Henan Province. The 500-km line linking Xi'an in northwestern Shaanxi Province with Zhengzhou in central Henan will run at up to 350 km per hour.
