This policy is an outline for the terms of the revenue share payment program and how you can retrieve funds from advertising revenue on your photos.

We add funds to your account as the ad networks and advertisers pay us. Usually the same day we receive a check from the network (but definitely within 5 business days) the balance of those funds to which your account is entitled is added and available once you meet the minimum payout amount of $10.00. All funds are in USD.

We utilize several different advertising networks, and advertisers that fill the Ad space on the fOTOGLIF site and application (“fOTOGLIF”) each of these networks maintain different payment terms (usually 45-60 days).

You can always check your account balance by going to the “settings” tab within fOTOGLIF.

If you are a new user, and you haven’t seen any funds in your account, please be patient, it can take up to 60 days for your account and albums to generate enough activity that you will show any revenue from our advertisers. We understand immediate gratification is the key to customer happiness and we are working to speed this process up.

When you have reached the minimum payout (10.00 USD) or above you will be able to easily withdraw the funds and transfer them to your PayPal account (which you will need if you don’t have one) by going to the settings tab within the application and clicking the PayMe button.

1. You are only paid for photos and content that you have uploaded to the system, not for just looking at photos on fOTOGLIF.com
2. We share revenue with our users 50/50 on the basis of “contribution”. Contribution is defined by a mathematical formula that factors in a variety of different viewing activity types used by online advertisers to determine the value of the ads served on a website.
1. As an example a unique view from a user that has never seen your content before is worth more than a repeat viewer of the same content. So simply refreshing the pages over and over again on your content won’t add a whole lot of value to your contribution. Please don’t do that or write any scripts to do it for you.
2. Geographic region is another factor we consider, as an example, traffic from the USA generates higher value ads than just about every other geographic region, we take those traffic values into consideration as well.
3. As mentioned in 2i. Please do not write and scripts or just simply auto refresh your pages in the hope that will increase your revenue share. It won’t, and it violates our TOS.
4. The more information you provide us about yourself the better we can target advertisements for you and your users so please go to the settings tab and fill out as much about yourself in the profile as possible.
5. In order to receive funds from fOTOGLIF you will need to have a PayPal account, we send funds as email money transfers and they can be sent to any email address, but in order to receive the funds you will need a PayPal account.

In the event your account exceeds the distribution minimum and the account has been inactive (Inactivity is defined as no user login) for a period of 60 days. The following actions will take place.

1. After 60days of activity you are sent an email indicating there are outstanding funds in their account unclaimed.
2. At 90days you are sent a final notice of account liquidation. Giving a further and final 15days to login and transfer their funds.
3. At 105 days the funds are removed from your user account,

Factors like unique users, geographic region of your viewers, repeat viewers are among a long list of things we take into consideration when calculating your share of the revenue. So share wide and far and you will reap the biggest benefits!
